CADS have a progressive structure in place to give all swimmers within the club the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Each squad has limited places with swimmers already in the club invited to 'trial' within the higher squad before making the move full time, thus ensuring they are able to cope with the demands of a more demanding session.

Those new swimmers joining our club will have a trial with Marc Butcher, Head Coach of the Club and once this has taken place, the swimmer, may be offered a place in a suitable squad, subject to spaces being available. At this time the swimmer and their parents will be advised of session times/fees and training expectations via a full welcome pack.

Throughout the club we expect a level of high attendance, excellent work ethic and commitment to the programme and as a valued member of our club and team you will receive the highest level of coaching, support and dedicated assistance from our Coaches, Teachers and Committee.
